15 year old Mitchell has multiple problems including global developmental delay, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and possible juvenile disorder. The emotional and physical challenges notwithstanding, the family are committed to his care and have made frequent visits to Sydney based specialists, under The Royal Far West Children's Health Scheme, since 1992.

This trip involves appointments for post operative checkups after his skin graft operation.
