62 year old Raymond was diagnosed with cancer of the Larynx (voice box) in 2004 has since had a Laryngectomy (removal of the larynx) and radiotherapy. He also has a tracheostomy. His current need to visit Sydney is to investigate a throat obstruction with a probable hospital admission. He carries a nebuliser and uses it on occasion. Unable to speak, all communication is written or by phone via his doctor's surgery.

Previous mission for Rex Regional - M428 AF1.

The pilot scheduled for this mission had to cancel due to poor weather. Angel Flight fully sponsored a commercial flight with Rex Regional Express.
