SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST (5th & 6th Angel flights)

Five year old Gavin has Down Syndrome. He has previously had open heart surgery. The current trip is for a range of tests to be carried out at the Royal Far West Children's Health Scheme. This is a single parent family of three boys and mum living on a farm at Verona.
