SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 10th Angel Flight

Diagnosed with a brain tumour in 1996, eleven year old Zachary has undergone surgery for a shunt and radiotherapy. The brain tumour has resulted in blindness. Further successful surgery was undertaken to resolve shunt problems. He continues to experience endocrine issues such as diabetes and weight gain. Monitoring and treatment continues at SCH.

Return anticipated to be 24th October. Outcome of treatment will determine actual day.
