SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST:3rd & 4th Angel flights.

Sixty-two year old Raymond was diagnosed with cancer of the Larynx (voice box) in 2004. He has since had a Laryngectomy (removal of the larynx) and radiotherapy. He also has a tracheostomy.

He carries a nebuliser and uses it on occasion. As Raymond is unable to speak, all communication is written or by phone via his doctor's surgery.

This Angel Flight was to take him to Sydney for surgery.
