SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: (3rd
and 4th Angel Flights) 29 year John from Macksville NSW needed to accompany
his wife and three children to Sydney. All three children and his wife
have behavioral problems.
This trip was so the two young boys could have various medical appointments
and surgery in Sydney.
IPTAAS paid for flights for the mother and three children while Angel Flight assisted by flying John to Sydney.
