INITIAL TRIP REQUEST

Fifty-six year old Jennifer was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2002. She had a transplant in 2003, then a relapse in 2004. After moving to Adelaide her husband died. She now has no support there, so Angel Flight assisted her to be with her family in Brisbane.
