INITIAL TRIP REQUEST

After receiving a skin graft for treatment of a skin infection at the Lismore Base Hospital, Angel Flight flew forty-two year old Jimmy home to Maroochydore. Due to the nature of this delicate surgery, the Angel flight greatly minimised the trauma that a long car journey would have imposed.

"All went really well on this flight. The weather was great and Jimmy was a very pleasant passenger. Departed on time and flew coastal to Maroochydore. I wish Jimmy all the very best for the future and hopefully we will meet again after his full recovery as he is a most convivial person ...another person with whom I have met on our journey through this life who leaves an impression of bravery and an attitude towards his illness that reflects true strength of character."
