INITIAL TRIP REQUEST

Eighty year old Roy from Theodore was diagnosed with ischemic heart disease. He has had a pacemaker implanted as well as valve replacements. This Angel flight was to take Roy to one of his specialist appointments in Brisbane for ongoing treatment and review.
