SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 27th & 28th Angel flight.

Young mother Lisa travels regularly to Sydney for her eleven month old baby boy Travis to receive necessary treatment at the Childrens Hospital Westmead. Travis was born with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita, a musculoskeletal disorder characterized by multiple joint contractures. This Angel flight is to take them both to the Childrens Hospital at Westmead.
