INITIAL TRIP REQUEST

Young Christopher from Boneville near Coffs Harbour has severe Cerebral Palsy and needs to have hip surgery at the Sydney Childrens Hospital. Due to the distance and financial difficulty, this Angel Flight assisted the family to attend hospital for this surgery. The return to Coffs Harbour after surgery was undertaken by hospital transfer in an Air Ambulance.
