SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 4th and 5th flights.

Grace is a six year old girl from Cobar who was involved in a serious quad bike accident in May 07. Grace sustained multiple facial fractures which required plastic surgery. This Angel flight was to take Grace back to Sydney Children's Hospital for follow up clinic appointments.
