SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 9th and 10th flights.

A family of five from Griffith NSW have two children with ADHD. This mission was for their nine year old daughter Caitlyn to have a review with her pediatrician and dietician at the Royal Far West Health Scheme.

Her brother also has follow up appointments (refer Mission 2340). These missions were flown in conjunction with each other.
