SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 13th and 14th flights.

A family of five from Griffith NSW have two children with ADHD. This mission was for their ten year old son Dylan to have a review with his pediatrician and dietician at the Royal Far West Health Scheme.

His sister also has follow up appointments (refer Mission 2339) . These missions were flown in conjunction with each other.
