| On November 4 we were notified by the Australian Tax Office that Angel Flight Australia is eligible for endorsement as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR). This means that once DGR status is granted, gifts of $2 or more are considered to be allowable deductions to donors. How this status may be of value to each aircraft owner depends on that owner's specific corporate/tax circumstance. As a private pilot you cannot charge or claim for your time. We will advise all pilots who register with updates from our dealings with the ATO as they come to hand.
