Requesting a flight - Patients

We sometimes receive enquiries direct from patients, or their carers, requesting assistance from Angel Flight to travel to their medical appointments or treatment. When this happens we ask the patient or carer to speak to their 'Health Professional' (i.e. medical practitioner, nurse, social worker etc.) and request them to either contact Angel Flight to discuss the case or register as a referring Health Professional via our website.

Health Professionals who have a good knowledge of the patient's medical condition are the only people from whom Angel Flight can receive and accept 'mission requests'.
