Angel Flight is a charity that co-ordinates non-emergency flights to help country people trying to deal with the triple trouble of bad health, poor finances and daunting distance. All flights are free and may involve patients travelling to medical facilities anywhere in Australia.
Imagine the surprise for an Angel Flight patient being met in a Lear Jet. Singapore Flying College provides familiarisation flights for its pilots to many destinations often needing Angel Flights. Singapore Flying College has generously agreed to join Angel Flight's volunteer pilot network.
All Angel Flight pilots hold flight qualifications greater than those required by CASA, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
