A few months ago, the team at Elders Griffith approached Angel Flight about hosting a charity ball in our honour. The timing was tight but of course we were on board and welcomed Elders’ ambitious plans! Saturday 2nd September ticked around, and the ball night had arrived, a stunningly spectacular evening thanks to some stellar organising from the Elders team.
We are so humbled by the generous contributions of the local community who banded together to donate goods and services to the charity auction. From bales of wool to tractors, artwork, travel vouchers and more. In the end the event raised $63,995 for Angel Flight a figure which holds the title as our most significant fundraising event to date. We are so vey grateful to Elders Griffith for this significant contribution that will go a long way in helping more rural Australians
access the medical care they need.
